Do you offer free demonstrations?
Yes we offer three free demonstrations so you can try our courses before you make a purchase. There is no obligation to purchase. The demonstration is completely free. All you need to do is register.

What methods of payment do you take?
You have the choice of paying through either PayPal or NoChex with any major debit or credit card.
Alternatively, if preferred you can pay via bank transfer and invoice. If this is required, please email enquiries@financialfluency.co.uk or contact us and we will send you an invoice with our bank details.

Do I need to register with PayPal or NoChex to make a payment?
No registration is required. A PayPal or NoChex account is NOT required to process your payment. Simply click on the option to pay via credit or debit card.
Is there any additional charge for card payments?
No surcharge will be levied on card payments for book purchases.
Can I pay in other currencies?
We accept the majority of major currencies.
Simply email support@financialfluency.co.uk with a list of the courses you wish to purchase and your chosen currency and we will send you an invoice in your desired currency.
Certainly. After your purchase PayPal or NoChex will email you a receipt, which is sufficient for most purposes.
Prices are quoted net of VAT. Many of our clients are businesses who can reclaim VAT or from outside the EU where UK VAT is non-applicable.
For EU customers VAT at the prevailing rate will be added automatically at checkout based before any payment is taken. The checkout will detect location and apply the rate for your country.
Customers outside the EU will not have VAT added and will pay the net price.
Are there any delivery charges?
There are no delivery charges. This is an online course and your activation code will be delivered via email at no additional cost.
Is there a charge for refunds?
Refunds are very rare as we aim to delight our customers and thankfully have thousands of satisfied and loyal customers in over 30 countries. We can count on one hand the number of times this has ever occurred. However, in the rare event that we do need to process a refund our administration fee is £30 to cover the cost of processing a refund.
When will I be able to access my course?
You will be emailed instructions of how to access your course and an activation code within one working day, usually a few hours.
Can I share access with a friend/colleague/partner?
Sorry, each licence is for one user only.
Please contact us if you wish to purchase multiple licences and we can offer you a volume discount depending on the number of licences.
Do you provide evidence of completion for example for CPD purposes?
Yes, at the end of each course you can print a certificate of completion which is verifiable for CPD (continuing professional development purposes)
How many CPD hours / points / units is each course?
CPD units (hours / points) are specified on each online course page. The vast majority of our online course are worth 4 CPD hours with a couple of exceptions which are 1 hour. Please note if you are looking for 21 hours in total, we offer a package deal.
Can I share my CPD points with my friend/colleague/partner?
Sorry, each licence is for one user only. You cannot share your CPD points.

Is there a test or exam at the end of the course?
Each course has questions and case studies interspersed throughout the course as opposed to a test at the end of the course. The number of questions depends on the nature of the subject.
As this is CPD and not exam training there is no requirement to get the answer correct as it is about the learning versus passing.
Therefore there is no pass rate as such and there are no exams at the end.
At the end of the course you can access a certificate of completion through the menu system. This is awarded based on coverage of the course and is in line with the accountancy bodies guidance for verifiable CPD.
How long do I have to view the course?
You have the option to purchase 3 or 12 months access.
After payment of a one off registration fee, you will receive 3 or 12 months unlimited free access .
How and where do I access my course?
Registered users simply login from the financial fluency website dedicated login page. Our courses are hosted on a secure and robust platform. Our system supports over 150,000 active learners. We constantly monitor, maintain and update our technology.
Do I have to complete the course is one session or can I split across a number of sessions?
You can split across as many sessions as required. We have a total mixture of approaches from our users. Some take weeks to cover a course and others do it in one session. It’s all about tailoring the learning to suit your own style of learning. The courses offer guidance on how to learn based on your personal preferences.
Do I need any special software to view the courses?
There is no Software to install. You simply need an internet connection and a web browser to view. The courses are compatible with both Windows, Mac / Apple, Android & Linus operating systems
Can I view the courses on my phone or tablet device?
Yes, our courses are compatible with the vast majority of smart phone or tablet devices, including iphones and android.
