How do I purchase a publication?

Step 1: Choose from our list of publications.
Step 2: Purchase by using the buy now button at the bottom of the relevant page. That’s it!

What methods of payment do you take?
You have the choice of paying through either PayPal or NoChex with any major debit or credit card.

Alternatively, if preferred you can pay via bank transfer and invoice. If this is required, please email enquiries@financialfluency.co.uk or contact us and we will send you an invoice with our bank details.

Is my purchase secure?

Absolutely!
PayPal is one of the leading online payment networks and delivers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. All your financial information is securely encrypted on PayPal’s servers and PayPal offers buyer protection.

Do I need to register with PayPal or NoChex to make a payment?

No registration is required. A PayPal or NoChex account is NOT required to process your payment. Simply click on the option to pay via credit or debit card.

Is there any additional charge for card payments?
No surcharge will be levied on card payments for book purchases.

Can I have a receipt?

Certainly. After your purchase PayPal or NoChex will email you a receipt, which is sufficient for most purposes.

Is VAT included in the price?

Prices for publications are zero rated therefore the price you see is the price you pay.

When will I receive my publication?

As soon as you make a purchase we receive notification from PayPal or NoChex. We aim to despatch our publications within 1 to 2 working days.
