How do I purchase a publication?

Step 1: Choose from our list of publications. Step 2: Purchase by using the buy now button at the bottom of the relevant page. That’s it!

Is my purchase secure?

Absolutely! We use Google checkout to process payments. We chose Google from the hundreds of alternative payment systems on the web as it was a trusted brand and easy to use. Google Payment Ltd. is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. Google Payment Ltd’s FSA Register Number is 462517. Can I have a receipt?

Certainly. After your purchase Google checkout will email you a receipt, which is sufficient for most purposes. You can also logon to Google checkout anytime to see a list of your purchases.

Is VAT included in the price?

Prices for publications are quoted inclusive of VAT (please note this is different to our online courses).

When will I receive my publication?

As soon as you make a purchase we receive notification from Google Checkout. We aim to despatch our publications within 1 to 2 business days.
