Ross Maynard

Ross is a highly experienced professional trainer, specialising in throughput accounting, lean service, value-based pricing and process improvement. Ross incorporates many practical examples into his training from his personal experience. As a NLP Master Practitioner he is always focused on the needs on his delegates.

Ross is a Management Accountant and Fellow of CIMA (the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). His accounting qualification is nicely balanced with a degree in Hotel, Catering and Tourism Management and a Diploma in Marketing. He is also a trained kaizen facilitator.

For over 20 years Ross has provided consultancy, coaching and training to a wide variety of organisations of different sizes.

Ross is also a published business author and has published a number of articles on business improvement and lean management.
