Do you offer free demonstrations?

Yes we offer two free demonstrations so you can try our courses before you make a purchase. There is no obligation to purchase. The demonstration is completely free. All you need to do is register.

How do I purchase a course?

Step 1: register. Step 2: Choose from our list of over 20 courses. Step 3: Purchase the course or courses you require using our easy and secure checkout. That’s it!

Is my purchase secure?

Absolutely! We use Google checkout to process payments. We chose Google from the hundreds of alternative payment systems on the web as it was a trusted brand and easy to use. Google Payment Ltd. is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. Google Payment Ltd’s FSA Register Number is 462517. Can I have a receipt?

Certainly. After your purchase Google checkout will email you a receipt, which is sufficient for most purposes. You can also logon to Google checkout anytime to see a list of your purchases.

Is VAT included in the price?

Prices are quoted net of VAT. Many of our clients are UK businesses or from overseas businesses where UK VAT is non-applicable. For UK customers VAT at the prevailing rate will be added automatically at checkout. The checkout will detect location and non-UK business customers will not have VAT added.

Do you provide evidence of completion for example for CPD purposes?

Yes, at the end of each course you can print a certificate of completion which is verifiable for CPD (continuing professional development purposes)

How long do I have to view the course?

Your activation code will last for 12 months from the date of purchase. Within this time you can view the course as many times as you like.

How and where do I access my course?

Registered users simply login from the financial fluency website dedicated login page. Our courses are hosted on a secure and robust platform. Our system supports over 150,000 active learners. We constantly monitor, maintain and update our technology.

Do I need any special software to view the courses?

There is no Software to install. You simply need an internet connection and a web browser to view. The courses are compatible with Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7/Mac.
